The staff was amazing, we had an issue with air conditioning unit leaking into room but they fixed it quickly

The fact it was winter and there was cold air blowing into our room from air conditioning unit, we first went into room and everything was cold, we had to put the heat up to the highest it would go I think it was 85 and we didn’t even get up to that temp highest it would go was 68 , the heating unit is located on the ceiling while the air conditioning unit is on the floor so yeah not much help with heat. When you went outside there was more yellow snow instead of white due to everyone just peeing outside there rooms, you had people outside at all hours just having conversations like no one else is sleeping so why dose it matter. The lady when we checked in was great the one checking out not so much, we gave them a list of things that was wrong when we checkout early, man reason for leaving earlier it was supposed to get colder we already thought of barricading in the bathroom the night before for heat. Bottom line I wouldn’t stay here in colder months not sure how it is in summer

I really liked the bed even tho it's pretty firm. I was not desturbed at all by anyone outside our room. I loved the location! Plenty of things nearby to do.

The parking lot/ driveway could be alittle better. Repave in some spots and lines need repainted. Also it snowed and whenever we left they never got it plowed. The TV wasn't the best.
