Good location right by the water, the rooms were large/comfortable and the people at the front desk and valet were very friendly and helpful. It’s also walking distance to many great restaurants.

The location is close (walking distance) to downtown Traverse City and right across from the waterfront park. The room was well appointed, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and it had a nice, roomy shower.
I thought the price was good for the quality of the place, but after taxes and fees, it was almost double what I expected. I'll be investigating....

There was a lot to like. Clean, friendly and decor.
I paid $40 for the breakfast to be included and it was a choice of 1 entire off the menu. The food off the menu was not good. Tasted like frozen food and with no flavor. For $40 we could have gone to a nice upscale brunch restaurant. Was expecting a lot more. Would have been cheaper to order off the menu then to add breakfast to my stay.
