Staff was awesome they were the best part of the whole experience they were all very polite and helpful

I just thought it was a little bit over priced but I also did a last minute booking

The staff was very helpful and amazing definitely the reason why I come back

Way over priced for the room it was over three hundred dollars for one night

being so close to the swiftel center Is very nice

front desk person was to busy to check the 4 people waiting while spending 45 mins on another guests bill. he should have called in for assistance. I was hostess at a wedding and had to leave and come back. 45 mins on one guest while others are waiting is poor customer service

I do wish there was a continental breakfast but you can get things sent to your room I’m the morning if needed.

Staff were not inviting. Just kind of blah. Food smells from long term residents was strong at times. Some residents were sketchy.
