The place was immaculate. Expertly built. Comfortable. Beautiful in every way just like the photos. In addition, it wasn’t just fully stocked it was smartly stocked with all the true comforts of home + essentials. They thought of everything, every comfort we could imagine. Whoever decorated and put the units together really knows what they’re doing, we were incredibly pleased. They also accommodated us with all our requests.

The stairs to suites 1-3 are rather steep, however they accommodated us and allowed my parents a ground floor unit, suite 6, which is a handicap accessible unit at no extra charge. In the 100+ photos advertised it shows an indoor pool. When I asked about it, over the phone, I was told that the pool was at one of their other properties. We were at the PA Grand Canyon location which has the hot tubs no pool and I assume there’s another location somewhere that has a pool but no hot tubs. It wasn’t a big deal, but the pictures in the listing for that reason are misleading. After booking I was told linens and towels were not included in the price I paid, they wanted to charge extra, I thought this was ridiculous, they ended up waving the fee for us but it did cause me and my family a lot of unnecessary stress and confusion while already in a high stress situation traveling trying to get there. There’s no reception or front desk person onsite.

It was across a busy and loud road from the main location. I paid extra for towels and linens and only got 4 towels/wash cloths for 4 of us for the entire stay. The loft beds didn’t have sheets
