The location and staff is friendly
The pool was closed both days. The breakfast did not have a good selection and they did not have a waffle maker.

I loved the hotel and it was clean and comfortable.
I had an issue with getting charged twice for my room. I payed online and was also charged upon my arrival. They did fix the mistake and issued a refund. I also spoke with the manager over the phone and was promised 20,000 points for the mistake, but I still have not received this in my account.
