I would definitely stay again if the beds were more comfortable.

The location was perfect. The staff was very friendly. Clean facility.

The beds are VERY uncomfortable. They feel like mattresses from a run down cottage. Not a boutique hotel. You can feel the wood frame of the bed. They need a box spring or better mattress. Also need a bolt type interior lock. Just a keypad does not feel safe enough when the door opens to the outside.

Everything was relaxing clean enjoyed the soft music with the palm trees in the breeze.

I’d stay there again!

I LOVED how it was on the beach!!! The staff was top notch, so very helpful.

Maybe the beds could be a little bigger but nitpicking.

Relaxing place to stay right on the beach!

Location is perfect! Located right on the beach. Large supermarket and cvs a 5 min walk. short walk to center of town with restaurants. Rooms were clean, kitchen well equipped. Would definitely recommend trying the get a room on the second level, was staying on the first floor and room felt a little dark because curtains needed to be closed for privacy otherwise anyone walking by could see inside. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. Room directly facing the ocean looked amazing!

Nothing 🙂 (only suggestion would be to have the chairs and umbrellas accessible to guests at all times so there is no need to wait for staff to set them up on the beach if you wanted a earlier start on the beach, maybe let guests keep them in their rooms?, that was the only annoying thing)

Fabulous view, friendly and attentive staff

There was a balcony above our room and the people above us were moving around the furniture quite a bit and that was very loud and disruptive. Appliances were a bit noisy but ok overall.

Magnificent place and customer service!!!

We loved this property and the customer service we received was excellent!!! Reynaldo, Maggie, and William were super nice. They went above and beyond my expectations. We recommend this place 100 percent. Great location, Awesome people, Beautiful beach and hotel. We can't wait to visit again.

Wonderful stay. Highly recommend!

Staff was wonderful. It wasn't crowded like the larger resorts. Direct beach access. Pool wasn't crowded like resorts nearby.
