Nightmare in Prescott

The comfort and easy parking. We just literly booked this place to sleep only.

No water to shower. We were provided a bucket with water to sponge bath after a full day of hiking. They did not even offer to discount for the inconvenience. Unprofessional. I was notified by text that the water was turned off. No means of offering other alternative other than providing buckets with water. I will never stay here again.

I love walking into another person's home and being treated like family.

The owners were truly accomodating and amazing. I stayed up talking to them till midnight. They are amazing hosts. I felt like they really tried hard to make us comfortable. The home is older but its so darn cozy!!!

I really wish we could have had breakfast as I truly could tell the hostess loved to cook as evidence by all the spices all over her kitchen! We were just in a time crunch, and I honestly barely made it home on time to get to work in Florence. I will go back again! That is a guarantee!

A very intereting experience, and useful local information.

Nice breakfast, very friendly hosts, and an amazing view. Comfortable bed, big bedroom. Short drive to the centre.

The bathtub didn't quite work, and the room was a bit cold. The drive-up was a bit out of the ordinary, but ok when we got used to it.

Scary and uncomfortable. We couldn't leave soon enough.

The room was clean.

No breakfast, but that was already understood and agreed to. But not even any coffee. Home was in no way prepared for guests. Dirty dishes in sink. Brief orientation by host and that's the last we saw of them. Home was is serious disrepair and neglect. Deck was scary and should have been replaced years ago. No clean place to sit outside. Driveway was the steepest I've ever seen and would terrify the average driver. Chain link security gate that we couldn't get out if in the morning. If the host wasn't prepared to have guests they should have refunded our money so we could stay elsewhere.

pleasant peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view

i loved the couple that ran the place. it was more like an air B and B or a bed and breakfast. they made it a comfortable place that felt like home. the breakfast on Saturday before we left was amazing

i don’t think it was what i was expecting for the price, but the experience there made the difference

Beautiful and relaxing

Brian and Letty are great hosts! I loved my stay with them!

Just be aware no A/C. But the room cooler down nicely at night. A fan was provided as well.

Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. Location was great. The view was incredible. The driveway was very tricky. Would not mind staying again in future.

How nice and understanding the owner was. How that home feel made it comfortable to poop. And the scenery was nice from the balcony

We love Prescott which offset the accomodations

Bed was comfortable nothing else

Community refrigerator.door can't lock.driveway scary.parking very difficult.no window in room. Coffee pot had coffee in it long black hair on table.

I like nothing.very bad experience this place should not be listed as a hotel.it should be a stable.i am very sorry for people who goes there.and for you to list that kind of business.they need a handyman to work there and need cleaners to take off the cobwebs from the light fixtures and the ceiling fan.

Very very bad experience.i do not recommend this business to no one.sorry sorry sorry.doors does not lock.beds squeek with any movement.location is end of the world and no indication sign.i was very unhappy.recomendation to not listed as a hotel.

The location, views, and our hosts!

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely Bed and Breakfast! It was cozy quaint with exceptional views! Off the beaten path! The couple who own it are quite knowledable in things to do in their area! We plan on returning for a longer stay on our next visit here.

Nice room, fantastic hosts, a bit rough at the start

Hosts were very nice. Exceptional even! I was there because my mom was in the hospital and we all had a great conversation over breakfast. The room was big and cozy. The view from the house is really great. No issues with the accommodations at all once I got inside. Definitely good for the price. Just some signage and cleaning up the area a little bit will go a long way for customers to feel more welcome.

Initial reception is a little off-putting. There are no signs anywhere to let you know you're in the right place and it looks like straight up just somebody's house. The outdoor couch with duct tape on it and the junk hanging around didn't help. Literally had to walk through a garage with even more junk about in order to get to the room. The driveway is a bit scary. Two long concrete planks with a dirt pit in the middle to drive up a pretty steep little trail of a driveway. Doesn't really make you feel at ease at first.

Great to be up at a higher elevation which is cooler and enjoy the view looking down at the town

I liked that the property was off the grid and up high on a mountain. I felt secure on the property which included a gate to get into the site. The breakfast that was include also was a bonus. Jerry G
