Rooms were comfortable. The pool facilities and surrounding area were beautiful. We loved the wristbands and we loved that they gave us enough.
We really did NOT like the additional charge for parking for EVERY vehicle. The amount that we pay should cover that! I can maybe understand an additional car charge but we should be able to park one car per room. The additional charge makes it NOT family friendly. We had a big family gathering with 5 rooms and that additional charge made it more difficult. Please please please disclose that! It was a BIG Shock to hear a day before coming!

Loved the multiple hot tubs and the size of the rooms.
The parking was a bit of a nightmare. Small parking spots and I had to have my daughter get out of the car and scan our room key to open the lift gate because it wouldn’t open when I reversed out of the first stall, and couldn’t turn because there were cars in every stall.

The property was great! Super clean, staff super helpful and friendly! Close to everything either by public transit or Uber!
Not really a negative, but the only thing missing was an on-site bar/restaurant.
