We were greeted warmly at check-in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful when we needed additional linens and a rollaway bed. Breakfast includes homemade omlettes, which is a nice change from the reconstituted eggs at other places. Other breakfast options were a little more limited.
We expected a pull-out sofa in our king suite based on the description. The sofa was comfortable but did not have a pull-out mattress. Staff dealt with this proactively and brought a rollaway at no charge.

Very friendly staff, made to order breakfast omelet.
Nothing to dislike.

Breakfast was fantastic with the made to order omelets.
The cooling system was very loud and disturbing to sleep

The room was ok but it was so noisy from a fan or something running in the room next to our room all night that we could not sleep and the air conditioning was very loud and was not easy to adjust as well. We have stayed here before and it was not this noisy. We had a family emergency and had to leave a day early and could not get a refund either.
less noise from the air conditioning unit,
