This may be the best hotel in Lafayette. The room was clean and had all the amenities. Staff was courteous and helpful. There are plenty of eating and drinking establishments within walking distance.
I don't have any complaints.

Some areas in the shower wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been.

breakfast is industrial but OK. It's not bad but cafeteria food.

Great location, down the street from plenty of food and groceries and the surgical center.
The walls are very thin so we were up a few times throughout the night from the noise coming from the halls and upstairs, but we were the first room off the lobby so it was expected.

Parkplätze waren ausreichend genug kostenlos vorhanden.
In drei Tagen gab es einmal eine Zimmerreinigung. Das bedeutet aber, dass man am zweiten Tag keinen Kaffee hat und die Müllbeutel übervoll sind.

L'hôtel est très confortable. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et bien équipées. La laverie gratuite est un gros plus quand on arrive au milieu d'un voyage.

Bugs in the room and somewhat dirty. Our first stay was clean, not sure what happened with this one. People above us were stomping around 24/7.

The feeling of uncleanness throughoutthe hotel. Lobby furniture was worn and tattered. Room furniture was badly worn. Over done room spray tried to hide the pet scent and dirty carpet in and out the room

Breakfast was great and the saline pool was awesome
My husband stepped on and got a metal shard stuck to his foot in the pool. He then stepped on a 2nd shard and that is when we decided to leave the pool. We told the staff but they seemed unconcerned and did not know how to address the situation.

We like the location! It was close to our appointment and we loved all of the shopping that was so close by. The food was also great!!!!

Lots of storage space, nice fridge size, roomy
Poor lighting at full-size mirror. It is difficult to put makeup on w/o natural light. A mirror nearer the window would be nice.

I liked the convenience of not going out for breakfast.
Use flatware instead of plastic. The egg dishes were spongy.

I usually stay here because I like the cleanliness ; staff; workout room and breakfast
This time one particular person on staff was rude for two solid days …. the gym was shut down and I had no idea because that’s a big part for me. there were three roaches I had to kill in my room so I was pretty disappointed this time

I fell going out of the Hotel ~ didn’t get much help from the staff ~ had 3 guests help me ~ no follow up on how I was doing or incident report ~ I have a fractured right elbow ~
