The hotel was fairly clean
The evening/night shift was initially nice when we checked in, but that didn't last. We were in town for a funeral and had a few rooms booked for family. We were all sitting in the lobby enjoying each other's company and having some drinks. The lady's at the desk told us they lobby closed at 10 and that we had to leave. This wasn't posted anywhere, and the lobby was open later than that the evening before. We were tucked away in the corner and were being quiet and just hanging out. We weren't hurting anyone at all. They cut the lights off and said we had to leave the lobby. I would understand the situation if they advertised that the sitting area in the lobby closed at a specific time or if we were being found and obnoxious. But it wasn't posted anywhere, and we were all being quiet and kept to ourselves. I don't know if the lobby worker had a bad evening or what, but she was very rude and snippy with us. We will definitely be finding another place to stay the next time we are in town. Very disappointed with the way the night shift desk clerk treated everyone.

Breakfast was good. Location was easy to reach.
For the entire stay there was food garbage sitting in the hallway (and more added each day). Brought to the attention of front desk (who genuinely seem surprised) however, food garbage not picked up that night or next morning. Although facilities description stated daily housekeeping, no room housekeeping provided. It wasn’t stated in booking nor mentioned upon check in.

Niet alle toiletartikelen waren aangevuld, alles was vrij oud en niet even goed onderhouden. Wel schoon.

Location, Staff was excellent and friendly.
Bed was hard and sheets didn’t stay on mattress and bedskirt was hanging off to one side. Things were soiled like ice bucket lid, door hanger and floor towel. Mirrors were smeared. Also there was a dirty towel in elevator.

The ADA bathroom was the best we have ever seen. The abundance of grab bars, the wide doorway, and accessible shower, and the room also, my partner was able to move around easily in his chair.
The complimentary products you offer are the best brand we've encountered.
The desk agents, both day and evening were very engaging, helpful, and pleasent. When I had a problem with the wi fi connection, it was quickly sorted out.
The room door was heavy. For an
ADA room, it might be nice to have a powered opener.

Room was clean and facilities in good working order. Breakfast was included. Good location.
Staff that evening appeared overwhelmed. Gave us the wrong room number. That was corrected quickly and apologized.Pillows were too soft/flat. Staff person the next morning during breakfast never smiled. She didn't respond when spoken to at first, and then was rude when asked for something. We felt like we were an inconvenience.

The room was ok but there was hair in the shower floor and the shower cut on 2 times which woke me up , I have a service dog and the lady at the front deck was asking me why we had the dog what it is used for wanting to see the paperwork for the dog

Nice modern facilities. New high end equipment in the fitness center and pool was well maintained. The rooms are nicely decorated but very simplistic. Employees were very polite and helpful and even made a fine recommendation for a decent pizza that could be delivered. Breakfast was good and ample chooses were available.
Bed was firm, not mine or my wife's ideal sleeping situation and pillows were fairly flat. Bed was also noisy and any tossing and turning was accompanied by loud squeaks and creaks. Walls are not well insulated so hallway and neighboring room noise (on all sides) was noticable. Room stayed in was directly above the pool had a very noticeable smell of chlorine but I was personally able to tolerate it.

The management and staff were friendly and professional, I felt very welcomed and appreciated as a guest. I enjoyed the free breakfast and would definitely stay again when in the Covington area.👍
