The room was clean and comfortable
The breakfast was very lacking, biscuits were brick hard, creamer for coffee was empty. Advertised hot tub was empty of water.

Clean, good location, good price
Bed was sooo hard and uncomfortable, but I think that’s a personal preference. And the thermostat wasn’t working correctly

Exceeded expectations, front desk was so helpful. If all travel experiences were this seamless..

Location
Pool heater was broken, we were not notified. The pool and the hot tub were the reason we chose this hotel. The pool water was overflowing all over the floor of the pool room. The lady at check out was not friendly and did not bother to ask how our stay was. Would not choose this location again. Compensation should be given due to we had children that could not use the ice cold pool.
