Nicely appointed, well laid-out lobby / common area. Room was large enough and comfortable.

Accommodations were incredible. Great mini kitchen. Bathroom was very nice. Bed was super comfortable.
Overheard a guest complain because a front desk agent on mid shift gave a key to a woman who was not on the reservation. The women went inside and took the guest car keys. The only reason she did not steal the car was because it was a stick shift.

I liked the parking. The room was decent. The coffee was good.
I didn't like that two of my pillows on one of the beds had stains it looked like it was makeup. I didn't like that housekeeping didn't service my room even after I requested. I didn't like that they never brought fresh towels or take out the trash. We were there for 3 days. We had to ask the front desk for our towels and bath items. There's only one set of elevators and only one elevator worked.
