The location was great! I loved that they had a dog area for my dog.

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff.

Our room was not in great shape. One chair had a broken armrest and the other was ripped and worn. The room phone was not working and all night I kept hearing a busy signal coming from it. The shower curtain was not water proof and when I got out of the shower the floor was covered in water. My friends staying in different rooms there reported the same.

Great hotel. Really liked the gym facilities as well. Awesome location right in the middle of everything, easy to walk.

Excellent location! Would be great place to stay for game day weekends and especially during Christmas time during The Festival of Lights! Bed was comfortable. Room clean.

Front desk staff no where to be found as I rang the bell several times. Finally got checked in, get to room, and door would not open. It would unlock, but not open. Went back to front desk. She said there was one room that you have to open differently, "I guess it's your room". As she was going to help me, she got distracted and I had to wait for her again. I was extremely tired and just wanted to get into my room. I think she was new, plus staffing shortages everywhere were probably at play. She was very friendly.
