Room was nice and comfortable!! Front lobby staff were very nice and helpful

The hotel transportation guy was rude and didn’t provide good customer service . he was reported to the supervisor

Hotel staff changed our room quickly when the problem was reported with our room.

The long wait to check in. On e checked in we went to our room. It had a strong smell of stale water and mildew. Like the room flooded out before

Construction in the area, property was nice, room was clean but not very detailed in cleaning, had to wait for a hair dryer for hours. had to ask for missing towels. Housekeeping was not keeping up.

Reception was very unprofessional but they were friendly.Our booking was include breakfast reception did not put in the system we told them to fix it but till end of our holiday everyday was a problem.Restaurant crew was the same in the entrench every morning they said your breakfast is not included 😀 Restaurant breakfast was very bad experience every morning a same a few items.Sorry but all your guest is not staying for a one day.
