Convenience to area attractions
Facility hasn't invested in property, has went downhill past few years.Sloping floors, broken tiles, tub wouldn't drain properly. No coffee pots in rooms, hot tub has been down everytime I have booked.Spent time ice fishing and would have been nice to enter after cold day on the ice.Ice machine broken on 3rd floor as well as vending machine.Facility needs serious renovations.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Très propre et le personnel est courtois et attentionné.
Les tapis sont à changer partout, un peu désuet.

Location and price were the reason I booked it.
Smelled like a combo of weed and cat piss. Bed and pillows uncomfortable.

Pleasant staff; efficient check in; proximity to airport was very convenient; beds and beddings were clean
Sink was right beside the door of the room, not inside the bathroom; lamps were very dusty; curtains not hooked in some parts; carpet needed vacuuming

The price was certainly right. And the location was conveniently central to shopping, medical and cuisine of a varied nature.
The hotel is somewhat rundown and although the staff was friendly and helpful, vending machines and other amenities were all broken, the coffee, while free hardly qualified to be called coffee. Breakfast offerings were limited to individually wrapped, but quite stale donuts, danishes and pre-packaged mini muffins that barely satisfied as being even a continental breakfast. It appears that times have been tough for this class of hotel, as it has been on many smaller businesses hit by the pandemic.
It may be that the ownership has neglected much needed maintenance due to financial strains, and many things can be forgiven because of such hardships, but certainly the cleanliness of the hotel, although housekeeping seems thorough,is of paramount importance. We found traces of black mold in the bathroom and a musty, mildewed odor was frequently noticeable. This should be professionally tended to immediately to avoid putting the staff and clientele at further risk.
If shown a little care, this hotel could be made far more attractive to repeat patronage.

Very outdated property, Filthy entrance and room rugs. We didn’t sit in the room chairs as they we disgustingly dirty. The cost was too high for the state of the rooms.

The pool
The room was dirty and outdated. Mold in the tub no toilet paper holder broken towel holder and the pillows were stained and brown. The shower faucet was a piece of junk you had to catch it just right for it to work. The list goes on and on. They need to tear it down and start over. Both vending machines were broken and the fitness center nothing worked in there. Etc etc etc etc stained drop ceiling. Just bad over all.

Customer service was great, and cheap rooms.
Rooms were surface level clean, found trash underneath bed. Pillows were flat and bed uncomfortable.

Good air conditioning
Sheets were pilled and rough. Candy box on floor between beds. Hair embedded in both washcloths and long hair on the tub. Really gross.

Breakfast and coffee station was great. The location was excellent.
I paid $320 and hotel not worth it. Outdated decor, bathrooms blue tub toilet with multiple chips. Needs a major renovation. Tv remote had scotch tape over missing backing...

There is no elevator in the building and we were on the third floor, upon arrival there were no towels in the room, a lamp broken and did not work, the bathroom floor was full of cracked tiles,
The shower, I don't know what to say about it was pathetic.
There was no coffee pot in the queen suite with kitchenette.. there was a bucket under the sink to catch the dripping water that was obnoxiously dripping all night long. This is definitely a hotel I will not stay at again, unfortunately it was very overpriced for the quality of the hotel. .
