Convenient to medical offices offers shuttle as well to and from to avoid parking and traffic time. Very nice staff.

Breakfast was definitely the low of the stay. I understand it’s over at 10, however appt was at 8:15 arrived back to hotel at 9 for breakfast. The oatmeal was strictly water with little oats I was so confused thinking maybe it’s out but was told by staff that worked breakfast it’s correct. Eggs watery as well. No fruit was restocked. Most have chocolate milk option but none which is understandable but I was pointed to milk for replacement which I went to get for my cereal and that was out to to which at this point me nicely asking for more i knew was on the vurge of her wanting to trip me. lol but she kept constrained just maybe a bad day I hope.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end! Everything was perfect from the accommodations and incredible atmosphere to the wonderful staff. Our room was one of the best we have stayed in for a very long time. It was comfortable, clean, and exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was incredible as well everything was hot, fresh, and ready to enjoy. The hotel is also extremely pet-friendly, which meant so much to us. The housekeeping staff was truly on top of everything. Anytime we needed something, they either had it ready for us or went out of their way to get it. That level of care and attention made our stay even more special. This place was truly incredible, and we highly recommend it to anyone who has a loved one in the ORMC Trauma Unit. Having a comfortable, welcoming place to stay during such an important and difficult time means more than words can say. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay so wonderful! ❤️

Check in was quick and easy and front desk very polite and friendly. Room was neat and clean. I was having a heart procedure done at the hospital across the street so I could walk there and walk back. There is a shuttle that runs back and forth I was told but I didn't need it. Breakfast was good and much needed after my procedure. Only complaint I have is I could hear folks in the hall talking and I could hear some bangs and tapping from room next door and from upstairs. Doors being slammed. I turned on my Bluetooth and the room fan to block the noises.
