What you see is what you get, and it was the best. The room was ideal, no fuss. Location is on point! The bed was the most comfortable and spacious. The room was very clean. It felt like you were at home, as weird as that sounds, it's true. I want to live there.

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Fredericksburg. It’s clean, cozy, has a vintage feel, a great price & we love supporting local.

Clean and quaint. Inviting.
Parking was a small issue.

It was an exceptional value. The place was clean but the facilities are older. The rooms are apparently themed. We had the John Wayne room. Great deal if you are not planning to really spend time in the room and just want a place to sleep.
The bed was not very comfortable, and the floor was not level. The A/C struggled and ran at high speed almost all of the time.
