Reasonably priced nice staff a nice little diner still open at 8:00 PM. A great breakfast bar well stocked.
We noticed when entering the property a lot of little black water bugs and there were two of them as we entered our room, but they were almost dead. I mentioned this to the staff in the morning and she apologized. She did say that they were having issues with these critters at the hospital nearby as well as the other businesses around there primarily a result of bugs growing in the fields nearby. It’s a challenge to deal with.

Starting to show wear. The tape on our ceiling was cracked and coming loose, there was a break in the fiberglass tub surround.

Everything about our stay was clean and comfortable.
We were told the night before that breakfast ended at 9am. Then we went out before 9, and were told we had been told wrong and it ended at 8. There were no apologies for the miscommunication. It was just a simple “no, you misunderstood.” Other than that it was a very comfortable and clean hotel.

Easy access and not crowded.
This was the 3rd we stayed and we found we put in the same room we had two time previously which was last year. The electric outlet was still not working. Also, the breakfast was not good this time. Horrible frozen bean and cheese burritos. We chose not to stay on our return home
