Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Harborcreek

Very clean, ran out of breakfast each time went but employees accommodated us as soo as they could

Clean

Carpet in rooms

The breakfast was great! The staff was very friendly!

I didn't like there was no elevator to the second floor.

Safe area. Generally quiet.

This location has declined under new ownership. I have stayed here 3-4 times a year for at least 5 years. The woman at the front desk read my room number out loud in a full lobby. This is as basic as it gets when training staff. The rooms are not getting the attention they need -- cracks in the walls, stains in the carpeting, dirty and dusty HVAC units. The breakfast has declined -- items are either overcooked, cold, or both. The bathtub fixture was broken -- water would shut off at both 12 and 6. Just keep spinning to find the sweet spot between cold and scalding water. Meanwhile the rates have steadily increased.
