Excellent location close to the Brookline Village T stop on the green line (D). Our room was spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped and has a dishwasher. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The swimming pool is small but warm, excellent for kids. We'll definitely be back!

Not much run down old overpriced rooms were not great

High charges for parking. Terrible sofa bed.

The staff at this hotel could not be nicer or more compassionate. My daughter is receiving treatment for a brain tumor. Eating breakfast is like being at a friend’s house because the man who put out the food acts like you are family. The shuttle driver was so kind and helpful. The desk staff was willing to let me leave bags in the back room to pick up on our way home after an appointment. I’ve stayed numerous times and have not met one staff person who was not kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The kitchen has plates, pots, etc. so you can easily cook your own food. There is a dishwasher, coffee pot, toaster and full sized fridge. I’ve stayed in different rooms, and they are comfortable and good sized.

The incline going into and out of the parking garage is challenging.

staff was unkind, arriving early, after writing in advance, we received no reply and the reception representative did not help with storing our bags or getting a room earlier

I was very impressed with the staff and cleanliness. I would definitely stay there again
