Only one problem with the cleanliness of the room. Found a dirty sock in the floor under the desk area. If that was missed you ask yourself what was really cleaned. All else looked good

This hotel was a nice surprise! The facilities were clean and well maintained.
At check out the front desk staff appeared to be much friendlier :)
We were here for a quick overnight but did enjoy a decent dinner in the Tannery restaurant. Service was excellent!
The staff at check in was not immediately available (sign on the counter stated the staff was away assisting other guests), so we waited maybe 10 mins. When the front desk clerk appeared from the back office, she was less than enthusiastic, not overly friendly but was straight to the point of our check in, which was relatively quick.

Size of the room.
The door stuck and needs to be adjusted or replaced. Upon first entering there was a dirty hand towel on the floor. The breakfast was sub par. The waffle station was good but the eggs and sausage were ok at best. The potatoes were not good at all. I didn't even eat the breakfast on morning two as everything was cold and had been sitting out for a long while.
