The location was excellent and the staff was friendly. However, you have to get to the manager in order to feel the staff was helpful. Cleaning staff was friendly and did a good job. And irritation, and not a big deal, but a couple lightbulbs were out, which was frustrating because we weren’t in our room much, but it was annoying when you needed light at night.
I purchased a signature one suite through Booking.com, and the hotel said that Booking.com had me listed as a premier suite. Concierge tried to brush it off that this was an upgrade. It was not. The signature one suite is 200 ft.² bigger and has a separation between living and sleeping space. Even though the hotel was fully booked, once I brought it to the manager’s attention, Phillipe was able to comp us parking and a late checkout.

The location was beautifully close to UCLA
Needed some refresh and updates- for the price we had a torn comforter, damaged tv and inconsistent linen (nice and soft or thin and scratchy: no in between). The rooftop terrace was nice, but once the sun set creatures were active.
