Cliff Lodge

It was located in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly & accommodating. Our room was perfect! There was a little private porch off our room. And the bed…well, it was so cozy & comfortable!! Had a great nights’ sleep.

It was a beautiful property close to downtown. Wonderful breakfast.

It was about a 12 minute walk from the ferry. Our bed was comfortable.

Narrow steep stairs to our 3rd floor room. Multiple long dark hairs on the bathroom floor. One tiny sliver of soap for a 2 night stay. When we arrived, a man working in the yard told us our room number and said the key was in the door. We never saw or spoke to any other staff over the next 48 hours. Even when we left, we just left the key on the table because we could not find anyone. One of the amenities is listed as a concierge. That's a joke. Breakfast was coffee and juice and pastries. The first morning, there were hard boiled eggs out also, but none the 2nd morning. Of course, there was no staff to ask. For the price we paid, I expected luxury. This was not that.
