Lovely holiday house with swimming pool of 5m diameter and a vast garden of more than 3000m2 in the middle of nature, close to the marvelous cristal clear sea of Solanas with its large sandy beach. The house has a living/kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (third little bathroom with entrance on the veranda and only on request). The kitchen and bathrooms have been installed some years ago and are functional, modern and clean. The kitchen has all necessary comforts like dishwasher, oven and microwave. From every room of the house, looking out of the windows, you will see the green of the garden with its pine trees, fruit trees, and little grass lawn in front of the house. The trees are full of all type of birds that will sing there happy songs during the day. Going into the garden you can enjoy your holiday in full privacy, also in the high season. You can read a book in one of the hammocks in the shade of the pine trees, or create a fantastic meal on the huge cement barbecue. There are plenty of spots to sit down and relax, for example at the 4m long mosaic table, with enough space for everyone to have a late hot summer night supper in good company.

The wooden pool of 5m diameter is situated on a large terrace with umbrellas, sunbeds and showers. Perfect for a relaxing moment after a day of exploring the beautiful sardinian surroundings, culture and beaches. Here one can enjoy the last sunbeams of the day with a nice cool drink and have a good conversation or read a book.

Further onwards in the garden you will find a little multifunctional playing field (no grass), for a game of soccer, volleybal or badminton. There are fruit trees of every sort, from figs to peach. In the season the owner will provide you with fresh eggs from the 4 chickens that live in a corner of the garden.

The house is 2 km from the high way exit and very easy to reach. The last 50m will be on a sandy road. It is a perfect location to start to exlore Sardinia: it is for example an appr. 40 minute drive to Cagliari, the beautiful capital of Sardinia with its old city center and beautiful monuments. Or you can head to the famous Villasimius with its white sandy beaches, cristal clear water and sea nature reserve.
