Comfort Inn & Suites Burnet

The beds and bedding were exceptionally comfortable. All around this was a very good hotel stay. The room and the bathroom were large. AC was ice cold. Everything was clean, as if it was prepared just for me.

Nothing

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were very clean.

I have no complaints

Clean and convenient

Hotel was in a convenient location. Staff was nice & accommodating. Decent breakfast & gym.

We stayed on 1st floor. Mold was in the bathroom due to leak from above & improper ventilation. Yku can clearly see that the problem is known and they are trying to cover the issue with paint/primer instead of fixing the leak problem. This left us very ill with full body rashes and respiratory issues for weeks after our visit. We actually checked out a day early and didn’t stay the last night. We did not receive a refund. The front desk lady knows there's a major problem and didn’t seem comfortable with it. That room should not be able to be stayed in until the issure has been properly resolved. There is also an active leak in the hallway ceiling just outside the room on next to the fire exit south side.
