Staff was nice. Pool was clean.
Had some rough areas like the ceiling falling down around rhe elevator.

Our room was huge! What I booked said three queens we got two queens a king and a pull out couch With two big bathrooms and tons of space.
The hot tub was not warm enough for us, and we could feel colder water coming out of the jets. The tv in the master bedroom wouldn’t turn on assuming maybe the batteries in the remote were dead. And our toilet wasn’t flushing great in the master bathroom either but as we only stayed one night it was just fine for us!

I like this Quality Inn and have stayed here many times throughout the years. I find the hotel to be good.
I didn't like the fact that my room was not cleaned appropriately and that the television channel selections are so limited.

The location was convenient and they were pet friendly
I never got my wake up call. Had to clean the bathroom floor before taking a shower. Beds were not soft.
