The location was great for what I came for that weekend. The staff was incredible. I had an issue (nothing related to my stay at Surestay), and your staff jumped in to help me find a solution. Thank you very much for that! I wish I knew their names so I could thank them personally.
The carpet felt dirty, and there were not enough pillows. But I love a lot of pillows, so that's my issue, not hotels.

Convenient and the lounge is nice

It was close to where I was visiting
Smelled of smoke and the sleeping sofa had a horrible mattress. Not set up for handicap and wheelchairs.
