The room was amazing. We were so happy and in awe when we first opened the door to our room. The entire hotel was an amazing experience. So much fun to walk around and explore all the hotel grounds. Nighttime is very beautiful with the hotel lighting. We took many pictures.

Booking.com didn't mention that there would be an additional security deposit upon check-in. No big deal, but it could affect folks if they assumed everything was already paid for at check-in. Booking.com didn't mention any additional parking fees. Self-parking at the garage across the street is $30, and valet parking is $40. Again, this isn't a huge deal, but transparency would be nice to avoid any unexpected additional fees or upcharges. The design of the hotel isn't your average run-of-the-mill chain hotel; therefore, you don't just park in the parking lot and carry your luggage in; you must park in the garage or use valet, then head into the hotel.

Gorgeous fairytale appeal, wonderful hospitable staff, lovely comfy bed and nice pool area. Fantastic location and a great stop between LA and Palm Springs.

The property is a historic landmark and it’s beautiful.

Our bathroom was dirty, it was very expensive, there was an event that went until 2:30am which kept us up. And we almost got stuck in the elevator. When I contacted the property via email they instructed me to call instead. I’m extremely busy and feel they should have addressed my concerns based on the evidence I provided.
