Property was conveniently located. Central to theme parks and beaches. Plenty of places to eat in the area as well. Staff was super helpful in answering questions I had about breakfast, late check out, etc. staff was friendly and accommodating. Roman went above and beyond to help me with my bags as a solo traveler, I super appreciated his help! Breakfast was good too and started at 6:30am which was convenient if you’re trying to make it for rope drop at the Disney parks!
I asked for room service on one of the days of my five day stay and did not receive it. This is not a big dealbreaker since I was a solo traveler, but would’ve been nice to have fresh sheets and towels, as well as garbage changed out.
