The room I stayed in didn’t have a microwave and had to go to the lobby to use one

The only good thing about my stay was Starbuck next door.
Spent 5 nights. First time went to the room, the door was ajar, the patio door was ajar and the windows unlocked. Front desk said was normal, but I've never seen that anywhere else in the world. Second night the room flooded. 3rd day was moved to a very small room with the AC 5 inches from the bed. It was impossible to sleep in that bed while trying to keep a decent temperature. Called front desk for blankets. They said the blankets would be delivered to the room. 1/2 hour later no blankets. Went to front desk to ask about blankets and mysteriously no one new anything about my request. Rooms were dirty and needed major upgrades.

Hotel is nice and clean
The inconvenience of checking in and taking your luggage through an elevator without help, not even a dolly from the parking garage which we have to pay $27 a day.

Everything. No cleanliness. No tv, no internet, no service, no fresh towels, pathetic service

Everything . Service is pathetic. No cleaning of room despite a new check in. Tv not working. I complained almost thrice a day everyday but no one bothered to take care of anything

Bed was a joke . Pillows horrific . Air conditioner super loud .

the bathroom was not clean, it smelled like pee & their was hair present in the shower

Location was good and wasn’t too busy to get around. Bed was nice.
Shower floor was dirty with a black rubber bottom. I’ve never seen that before. No ironing board, but had an iron. Vending machine was empty. TV was surprisingly small given the wall it was on. It was like 24”.

The staff was lovely and very helpful. The facility was clean and comfortable. It was great for just coming and going. Tons of shopping in the area and also the Metro was literally a 5 min walk. We would stay there again.

No breakfast included and the restaurant inside hotel opened up later in the day

the room is too small for Quadrople occupants.

too clumsy , poor light fir shaving bathroom , tights-spaces to move around
not cleaning rooms inspite of request to the cleaning lady at the corridor , the man at the front desk clerk was non cooperative when asked about cleaning room

The noise of moving furniture throughout night and day, no wifi , no microwave in room , no changing of towels for stay of more than 1 night and no face cloths We were expected to use hand towels in replace of face cloths and they wouldn't change them and I stayed for 2 nights
