Clean. Enjoyed listening to the river. Communal hot tub was nice. Easy checking in and out. Good communication from property.

The mattress could use replacing. It sloped towards the middle quite noticeably.

The suite was exceptional. It was clean, had a great bed and we especially enjoyed the fire place.

The location was perfect with the river running through the property. The views are amazing . The parking was perfect

I can't think of anything I didn't like.

We splurgered and stayed in one of the new condos. It had lovely finishes and the beds were comfy. The heated floors in the bathrooms were a nice touch. The location was very convenient to the Fall River Entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park.

We didn't like the stair climbs for our condo after a long day hiking: a long flight on the exterior to get to the door and another long one on the interior to get to the bedrooms. There are still building tags stapled to the columns and a header board at the top of the exterior stairs still has a support board nailed to it. Makes it look like something might fall. There was a tinkerbell sound that would go off randomly in the condo. It might have been coming from the phone consol. We didn't like that the phone consol appeared to have a camera at the center top. We covered it. Our condo was above what looked like a garage and storage area. It turned out that this was the laundry area for the maid service, so their golf buggies were always blocking our condo's walkway.
