The location is perfect. The room was spotless and the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the screened in patio right on the dock.

The air-conditioning in our room (#4) just didn't cool the room until early morning. It was as though the air was not turned on until right before we arrived.

We loved the location to the shops and restaurants. Along with having access to the canal right out our back door.

Upkeep with a few things. The door to the unit wouldn't stay closed all the time, we had to be extra careful or put a chair in front of it. We did let the innkeeper know upon leaving. Also, there the usual FL. ghost ants that would appear and made home to the sugar canister for coffee.

Clean room, gracious owner, very friendly people pleaser.

While on the surface, it looked clean, it really needed a deep cleaning. Front door wouldn't stay closed without slamming it shut and the shower had different size hot and cold water handles. One stuck out farther than the other and I kept banging my head on it when I bent over.

Breakfast not included .Great breakfast at Perfect Cup Roastery with in walking distance.

Picnic table needed umbrella. TV remote was hit or miss.

Might need a bit of renovation. Small shower. Small bed.

It was like home away from home. My dog loved it too! My husband fished off the pier while I rested.

Needs a little more tlc. Paint, deep cleaning, power wash outdoor chairs. Just little things to get to next level.

This place is a gem. Lovely spot close to town. If you like to fish, this place is perfect. Matlacha is funky and laid back and so is the Anglers Inn. If you’re looking for fancy, don’t go but if you want relaxed old Florida you’ll find it here.

Great location. Had most anything you might need.

Bed was not comfortable. A dish pan to wash dishes in would’ve been nice. More than one washcloth would’ve been nice for our 5 day stay. I’m all for reusing my bath towel but not so much a washcloth.

No place to buy food or snacks within walking distance.

The atmosphere is very inviting being able to see the water and bay area. It's nice to have the extra screen patio keeping any flies away, and privacy with evening lights in the patio. Parking is nice because it's right at your door step. This centrally located Inn is easy walking distance in Matlacha.

It would be nice to have handicap handles in the shower area.
