Motel is on the corner of ocean ave and 12th street. There, 12 th street leads right to boardwalk entrance. no busy streets to cross. Every morning, coffee is available at the motel office. Our room was clean with updated and modern fixtures along with a microwave and refrigerator; no carpeting, easy to clean hard surface flooring throughout., Motel advises that after 10 PM is quiet time. There were no noisy guests at our end.
Our unit had a tub shower. We would have preferred a walk in, There was only a single light blocking curtain slider, A patterned shear slider would have been a nice addition to add natural light into the unit during the day.time. We mention this only because the severe weather forced us to spend a lot more time in our unit.

Location, value. Extremely kind and helpful staff! Loved that we were able to use shower facilities after checkout.

Easy access, good location, very clean.
Stairs were difficult, bathroom lighting very dim, room was not cleaned one day of stay. Not a major issue but when I informed the front desk, they checked their records and confirmed and said they would talk to the person who was one of their best. That's fine, but it would have been nice to hear a simple "we are sorry about that". Afterall, my bed was unmade, trash was left in the room and the towels needed changing.
