The apartment was very spacious. It was not too far from the action, and it felt reasonably safe.

There was no one physically present at the reception desk. Also, there is a nice courtyard, but if you smoke, you have to stand out on the street.

Beautiful apartment and space. Everything you need for a short stay. No tea towels or cleaning products, a few dish washer tabs only.

Very noisy outside trams and trucks every half hour kept us awake every night. Stood on pins left in the bedroom and black hair beads left in the rugs. Black hair left in the bath and a dirty face towel just rammed in the shower curtain. Location was superb apart from the trams. Shame as the building itself was peaceful, not sure why the trams have never been mentioned. Also had issues with the entry codes and so did a lot of other people. We were locked out but customer services helped us out.

l'alloggio di per sé è bello, va bene per una coppia che condivide lo stesso letto. Bagno e camera da letto abbastanza grandi, meglio portarsi i prodotti per la doccia.

Come in altre strutture, abbiamo trovato il divano letto da fare, un po' scomodo ma soprattutto non pulito! c'erano capelli fra la biancheria. Un altro grosso problema riscontrato già con altre strutture è che il codice di accesso alla stanza era sbagliato e abbiamo dovuto chiamare un numero al quale fortunatamente hanno risposto subito. Visto che ci è capitato con ben tre strutture ci è venuto il dubbio che lo facciano apposta per verificare l'identità dell'occupante. Come in altre strutture, si sente tutto quello che fanno gli altri ospiti nelle stanza vicine.
