The staff at the front desk was awesome and very helpful! Shannon and Brooks were very accommodating and customer service oriented! They are GREAT people. Erica in the breakfast area was also very nice!

There was nothing that stood out as a problem to us. Coffee cups need to be larger. Breakfast was decent nothing fancy.

The room was spacious for our big family at a great price. The pool was a good size for our kids’ ages. Our stay was full of little conveniences. The front desk was very kind and helpful.

Breakfast was not exciting, but free nevertheless! It was a busy weekend, so there was a wait for food and seating for breakfast.

The cleanest hotel I think I have ever stayed at. The front desk staff was exceptional at giving recommendations on where to go in the area.

The room was too cold. This facility will not allow the thermostat to go above 75 degrees. It felt much colder. I have never encountered this at a hotel. I paid my money; I should be able to adjust the room temp as high or as low as I need to feel comfortable. There was no daily housekeeping, and the mattress was very uncomfortable.

The facility seem to be clean and well-maintained. I was happy to see that the pool wasn’t deteriorating like other establishments.

both my husband and I found that the beds were too firm for us. So we didn’t get the restful sleep that we were hoping for.

You charged me for two rooms at different locations on the same night because you failed to cancel the reservation we did not use. You were suppose to cancel the first reservation we made because of the location but did not. I do not know if this is a Hampton Inn problem or a Booking.com problem but I will not use Booking.com again.
