Location was perfect--within walking distance to dining, shopping, beach and museums. Great view of the harbor. Staff accommodating and friendly.
Bathroom lighting could be brighter. Also handrails in the tub.

Close to downtown on river.
Walk to everything.

Perfect location walkable to everything
Carpet smelled musty in the room

Great location for walking downtown. South beach is walkable if not carrying lots of beach gear. the private deck is nice, but it is right next to the drawbridge so there is lots of noise.
Paying luxury price for decidedly not luxury experience. we rented the one room cottage by the river/docs, i.e., not in the hotel itself. The outside is poor condition and the inside is cramped. Only one sink for both the kitchenette and bathroom.
