The rooms were nice. Check in was easy.
Pool was small and a little dirty but hotel was clean.

Room was very nice, although could use some hooks to hang clothes.
We were given a handicap room, you might want to ask guests if that's what they want.
The sink was clogged when we arrived, although fixed quickly once I told the desk, thank you James.
The window shade was broken, never mentioned to the desk.
The sheets weren't very soft, scratchy actually.
The waffles were soo dry on Tuesday.
Would help to have a list of restaurants in the area. Also some tourist info available.

Breakfast was good, room was good, clean and a good air-condition. The service was very good. Nice shopping mall near by.
We missed a safe at the room.

Check-in was horrible. Room wasn't ready. Had to switch room. Trouble with paying in advance and verifying. Parts of Room wasn't cleaned.

This is the worst experience we have ever had with a booking.com accommodation. We have been using this app for many rooms over several years! We prepaid for our room on the app & girl who checked us in asked for our credit card for incidentals. She charged us for the incidentals PLUS charged us again for our 3 nights of the room. $500 double charge!! This was on a Sunday and the desk help told us every day we would get it back that night or the next day. Desk clerks very unconcerned! We ended up getting it back but not until the following Saturday which ruined our trip, imo bc we were worried about getting it back all week by not knowing if we actually would and by making our cc short of funds. We were on a week long trip, and I’m thankful only 3 nights were at this place!

This hotel was near our point of interest. We have stayed there for only one night. The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious.
We didn't have internet in our room and TV didn't work. Since we had been traveling all day we were very tired for sitting in the lobby where internet was available. When checking out from the hotel, the receptionist said that she would ask for a discount. Nobody contacted us after that. It was unprofessional.

Springhill suites provides a luxury stay at an affordable price. well stocked ammenities in the lobby do not leave you wanting and the quality of the room is exceptional
I had no issues at all. I guess I’d prefer liquid hand wash rather than soap for the bathroom? I’m splitting hairs tho, I really don’t have any dislikes.
