The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Having use of the smart TV is a huge plus. The desk staff was very helpful.
The hot breakfast options were limited and seem to run out quickly.

We needed an outlet on each side of the bed for our C-Pap machines. The front desk and manager were very accommodating in making that happen.
We were moved to a handicap room and didn't realize the drapes opened with a push of a button so the rod came down. The manager got it fixed immediately.

The bed was hard
Poor water pressure
The elevator sounded like the cables were about to snap
