The front counter staff was authentically enthusiastic and set the mode for my entire visit. Well done Diondre! All other staff we encountered were all friendly and greeted us with genuine smiles. One staffer told us that there are remodeling plans in the wings, but frankly this hotel was currently much more well kept and clean than others in about the same price range. Workout facility was 100% in working order, clean and well provisioned.
No hot tub. Pool on the small side, but well maintained.

The staff, especially the front desk, are wonderful! Very personable and remembered us from our last stay.
Bed pillow was too flat.
