New/updated building.
We reserved a room with King bed. When we arrived, we were told they had overbooked rooms with kings, and had switched us to a queen room. They didn't call to let us know, and it was too late for us to find another place. This was a big deal to us because I'm a light sleeper and we need the bed space, and we had a terrible night.
