Location was great for being near UMC. Quiet rooms and comfortable beds. Best sleep I've had at a hotel in awhile.

Location and comfort
Too much cost for a pet to stay so we had to leave the pet with friends; perhaps look for another location next time that has better rates for a pet to stay

the housekeeping staff were very very nice .. friendly. room was fine but outdated. breakfast was tasty!! for one night only the price was good so i am glad for that!!
front desk was not helpful nor friendly. wasnt even greeted at entry - I didnt bring some hygiene products as most hotels now have them--- lotion . sheets were rough and scratchy. elevators very very slow. couldnt find the stairs.
