Location was good, not too far from the beach and just far enough away. About middle for going to the beach and going to eat at the restaurant recommended. The furniture was lovely, a lot of antiques and everything to make our stay comfortable.

When we first drove in the outside areas didn't impress us, there was junk in a dumpster by one of the cottages. It just didn't seem like the place we wanted to stay, but once we looked at the cottage we were to stay in we felt more comfortable. There was no television for us to watch.

Very cute cottage and very cutely decorated. A bargain if you’re on a budget and don’t need much space.

We were told to move into a unit, then later had to move all our stuff, including food into another one, which was much smaller. While there was a fridge and microwave, there was no kitchen sink, so dishes (kept in a dresser drawer) had to be washed in the tiny, old-fashioned bathroom sink with no place to put them to dry. A kitchen cart or rack would be most useful, as well as some low shelves or a stand or 2 for shoes and luggage, which had to be put on the floor. Hooks in the entryway & bathroom would also be useful due to the lack of space. One of the Stickley type living room chairs smelled like cat pee, like they had been recovered(looked great), but smelled bad. While a coffee pot was provided, coffee wasn’t so we had to buy some. It would have been nice for us to have known beforehand to bring some from home. Our view was of a junk pile because the owner was remodeling a unit. The website said they had a jacuzzi, but when asked, the owner said it wasn’t ready yet. It’s located close to a busy road, so we heard traffic all night.

kitchenette; fun snacks in room; tv Whimsical and fun and funky decorations. comfy bed. manager Jay was super upbeat and helpful for my very late arrival. fun place but not for any OCD types.

YA GOTTA GIVE GUESTS THE WIFI PASSWORD!!! I left a phone message asking for it, but never got it. Can’t function on the road without it. Then there were the squabbling rodents in the ceiling that sent down fluffs of insulation through the cracks between boards onto the bed….

the cabin was large, 3 rooms, bedroom, kitchen and living room there was a welcome basket with waters and snacks, decor was cute. owner was very nice

the family of raccoons living under the cottage and the chicken coop right outside made for a sleepless stay. lots of trash outside, most units under construction. the bathroom door was a curtain, toilet seat broke

How easily it is from I-95 as well as the amazing value.

I mean, The Decour is kind of tacky but I definitely don’t mind it at all for the value I paid. There’s paint overlapping the cover for the light switch and there could be more doors between rooms but I’m not complaining too much.

There was absolutely no shampoo or conditioner. I left mine at a place I stayed at previously so I had nothing. They want you to wash your dishes but no cloth or drying towel. Kind of silly

The staff was very nice and it was close to where we wanted to be. Full size fridge was good to have. compared to prices around the price was decent.

It is very out dated, not very clean. The bathroom door was broken. There was food left in the fridge.
