Overall very nice for the price
Rude housekeeping staff slamming doors very loud and asked for an extension on time willing to pay through the app. Was told I couldn’t and they didn’t do that. If they don’t do that then why offer it as an option through the link?!

Really nice place to stay, all facilities were great, even free laundry,
9am was closing breakfast but it had started being packed away around 8.45

Decent sized room and good options for breakfast. They had a gym and a good sized outdoor pool.
The safe in my room did not work and I was informed that there was only one maintenance man (who never came to fix it). The water dispenser in the gym did not work. One of the ice machines did not work. The staff on reception were friendly but not overly helpful, especially with trying to fix the safe.

"The staff was phenomenal and very accommodating, in particular the woman who checked us in the night of the 1st. The room was excellent and very comfortable."
