The hotel is situated in a lovely location, the views were breathtaking and having a balcony over looking the mountains was ideal. Hotel is very well kept and the staff are friendly, all added to a very enjoyable stay

Beautiful view, very quiet and peaceful. The restaurant may be expensive but the food was excellent and the restaurant staff was very kind.
The front door to the room couldn’t be opened without the key even though it was unlocked and the back sliding door wouldn’t stay closed. Some staff weren’t exactly the nicest… oh and the fireplace in our room did not work.

Beautiful location with lots of activities from hiking and horseback riding in the summer to snowshoeing and skiing in the winter The lodge also has a pool and hot tub and plenty of family games including ping pong, pool, foosball , chess,board games

Great location, overall facilities are quite nice, and price is fair but no great deal either.
Loooong check in procedure, i.e. over 1/2 hour with a multitude of questions; the longest check in by far I've ever experience and I've traveled a lot.
Room 112 was very nice except for the heater which would not shut off and when maintenance was able to turn off one fan, another kept going such that I could not sleep. For the first time ever, I asked for a room change which they were able to accommodate. (I'm not a fussy traveler.)
