Location and beach view were amazing. The room was very clean and amenities were provided.

The offer of the chocolate chip cookie was not provided. The staff stated that the people who came to the lobby took them all and we arrived less than 5 minutes after 8pm. Staff did not make more for the other guests, we were not the only ones who were disappointed.

Breakfast was good

Would have liked service. Also underneath the toilet rim could use cleaning

The location, staff, and the breakfast were superb.

The TV did not work properly. It kept going to a problem screen. The staff worked on it twice with only temporary success.

The location is wonderful, very central. Onsite parking was great. The evening staff was helpful and attentive. Coffee was hot The wine and cheese in the evening was nice. We didn't partake in the evening cookies but it's a lovely perk.

After the first night, I asked the gentleman at the front desk for our sheets to be changed, after finding someones fake fingernail, not mine, in my sheets, I watched him write it down and when we returned for the evening they had not been changed. Best case senario the fingernail went through wash and ended up in sheets. Worst case the sheets had not been changed. I had ask again and then ended up, at my request, as the evening clerk was busy,(she was mortified and apologized) changing both beds myself. Breakfast, although a nice perk, did not begin until 8 am which to early risers, like us, is late,( both mornings there, we ended up at the restuarant at the end of the street and it was very good) and the person setting it up was not people friendly. She was snapish with not only myself and my travelling compainion, but I witnessed her being short with other guests and over heard other guests commenting on the attitude. Not pleasant

We love everything about the Atlantic View. Location-right on the beach. Cleanliness-spotless. Room-large and comfortable with balcony. Amenities - pool, beach chairs, beach towels. Bonus-large breakfast, wine & cheese AND warm, homemade cookies at bedtime!

Breakfast was fresh and excellent

Loved the location and the quietness at night. I’ve stayed at other hotels in the area and they were much more noisy. Most of the staff were wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

The wifi did not work which was very frustrating. The breakfast was the same every day would’ve been nice to switch it up.
