Location, cleanliness, friendly staff

There was only one tv remote to operate both TVs. I notified the front desk but no one got back to me about the situation. We only stayed one night so it wasn’t a big deal

The location was perfect for the concert we attended in the Gas South District. The breakfast and evening reception were great! All staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

We stayed for a whole week and the room was cleaned only once despite my request to clean it.

the location was perfect and everything about the room was comfy, cozy, and clean. the staff was super helpful and very nice. the breakfast is amazing with made to order food! I will definitely be staying at the embassy suites from now on if it is available near where I am traveling.

the only negative to this property is that on the second night of our stay 2 out of the 3 elevators stopped working. we had to take stairs up to out room because the line for the elevator was too long! and on top of that we had to wait to try and get the elevator at check out and ended up riding it all the way to the top floor just to be able to get back down with the luggage cart.

The room was bigger then expected. The breakfast was better then most places I have stayed at. It was exceptionally clean and the staff was very welcoming and friendly.

That I was unable to get an earlier check in time due to the event we were there for.

I loved the atmosphere and check in was very easy and welcoming. I wish I had a chance to try the breakfast but the happy hour at the bar was amazing.

No complaints that I can think of. I just wish the pool stayed open later. 24/7 perhaps, that would be nice. Everything else was perfect.

The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast is just what you need to get you going on those mornings away from home. Service is always excellent

Breakfast-although I only went once was great. Restaurant was good. Suite was beautiful and spacious. Hotel itself was really nice, and outside area with seating, fountain, etc was nice.

I was checked in by a man who clearly could tell I was struggling with pain and standing so long while he checked me in. I told him at one point I needed to sit down due to pain and he seemed annoyed stating, "I need to finish this first", although the check-in was done. He said he would help me with my things in my car, which he never did. It would have been nice for him to show empathy, and maybe even offer me a chair to sit in. Also, I specifically chose this hotel because they were able to give me a room with an accessible tub. The transfer chair was not in the tub-it was sitting on the floor of the bathroom. I asked for help getting it in tub and set up. The guy who came to the room the first day said he didn't know how and would call his supervisor. Noone ever came back or contacted me. I called the front desk again about it, but by that point, I had noted when I picked up the transfer bench to try to put it in myself, that it had hair on it and was very dirty-gross! I knew if someone eventually came to put it in, they would need to clean it-stirring up my allergies-and interrupt my 3 day virtual professional conference. So, I let it go, but the showers I took had to be quick, I was in pain, and I almost fell during one of them. I asked for a manager to complain about this to the day after I checked out. I was sent to the general manager and assistant manager's voicemails, which were both full. I finally had to call back again and left a verbal message for someone to call me back and have not heard back from anyone.

Check in was quick and the room was really nice and clean, the free breakfast was amazing with made to order omelets and other options. We had a great stay and will come back again.
