Breakfast was great. The staff was super friendly. The man at the front desk in the evening was especially great, I wish I remembered his name.
We did have to change rooms, or someone in our group did. The room had a musty smell, but the staff made it right immediately and the second room was perfect.

Staff was amazing!!
Good choices on the breakfast bar.
The ceiling in the bathroom looked woke it was in the middle of a repair. Ceiling above the shower had some mold.
But everything was very clean other than that.

Location
Staff was not accommodating. They are stuck in their own world and not willing to, at least, listen and show concern for the need of a customer. No management was available for the customers to speak with and about individual needs. This was the first time in 50 years a hotel refused to provide a receipt for my payment. I left with no receipt and now I cannot file it with my company to receive a refund for my trip.
