Villa La Grisa is an enchanting country villa overlooking the Farfa Valley. Thanks to its architecture and the scenic location is one of the most beautiful property available in the area and its evocative and poetic atmosphere of outdoor spaces, with ancient olive trees, the scent of lavender and the heated swimming pool, will turn your stay into a relaxing and unforgettable experience, either you are a family or a group of friends.

Villa La Grisa is 400 square meters large on two floors, and can accommodate up to 11 people in 6 bedrooms with 4 private bathrooms. There is a large living room with a stone fireplace, kitchen, terrace, garden spaces and a lawn, swimming pool (from June to September), air conditioning, heating, TV/DVD, BBQ, free limitless WIFI up to 10 clients.
The whole main floor is furnished with hardwood floors and beamed ceiling.

The village of Casaprota, only 3 km away, is where you will find shops and restaurants, including a vegetarian tavern. You can depart from here and walk along ancient pilgrimage routes of Via Francigena and Saint Francis’ Way.
Nearby you can find several riding stables, a sport center providing tennis, football, a gym and sauna (3 km) and two golf courses (20 Km). You can also enjoy fishing (1 km) and rafting (45 km). The ski resort Monte Terminillo (2,217 mt) is located just about 50 km away. The city of Rieti is 30 km away and Rome is less than an hour's journey (50 km).

"Great villa for a relaxing and peaceful holiday!
We had a fantastic week away in this villa (in the last week of May). It is a large house set in a beautifully tranquil setting, a really relaxing option for those who like to get away from it all. A car is essential, but you would want one anyway for getting to major sights such as Rome.
It is ideal for two families (we were 2 families of 5); because the house has 3 bedrooms on each floor. The house was well stocked for cleaning equipment (something we have not experienced before), so initially we only had to worry about stocking up on food which was very helpful.
The property has an abundance of seating options, so you will never be stuck for somewhere to sit and read a magazine or book.
The pool is a good size. It is heated by solar panels, so at this time of year it was a little cooler than some of our children would have liked. However, it didn’t stop them swimming every day!
As the first guests of the year, we encountered some early season problems, but Geellee and Adolfo were very responsive in providing solutions, which is all you can ask.
We did not find the roads as winding as another reviewer has mentioned. We had a person in our party who usually gets very car sick on such roads and was dreading the journey, but she didn’t find these roads a problem at all. Perhaps it is just that we have experienced a lot worse on our travels, but the roads should definitely not put you off booking this villa."

PRESTIGIOSA VILLA PANORAMICA IN CAMPAGNA, CON PISCINA NELL’OLIVETO (ROME)

Questa splendida villa di campagna si affaccia sulla Valle del Farfa, in Sabina a 300 metri sul livello del mare e, grazie alle sue architetture, ai materiali molto curati ed alla posizione panoramica è una delle più belle dimore disponibili nella zona.

L’atmosfera suggestiva e poetica degli spazi esterni, con gli antichi oliveti, il profumo di lavanda, i prati e le colline circostanti, crea un’esperienza rilassante e indimenticabile, sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici.

Villa La Grisa offre uno spazio interno di 400 metri quadrati su due piani e può ospitare 11 persone in 6 camere da letto con 4 bagni. Ha un grande salone con camino in pietra e con soffitti alti più di 5 metri, la cucina, due portici e un terrazzo. Le stanze sono rifinite con pavimenti di legno pregiato ed il tetto è sorretto da travi a vista. Gli ambienti sono attrezzati con aria condizionata e riscaldamento, TV + DVD e WIFI illimitato fino a 10 utenti contemporanei. All’esterno si trovano aiuole e giardini, la piscina trattata con sale e riscaldata da un impianto solare, un orto biologico e l’oliveto di circa 10.000 metri quadrati complessivi.
Il giardino in ogni stagione offre momenti memorabili: in primavera con i fiori dei ciliegi e a Giugno arrivano incredibili sciami di lucciole. Durante l'estate poi arriva il momento della raccolta delle more e dei fichi. In autunno si raccolgono le olive per produrre un olio senza pari.
Il vicino villaggio di Casaprota (800 abitanti - IX sec. d.C. - 500 m s.l.m.) è un luogo tradizionalmente dedicato alla produzione e al commercio dell’olio d’oliva e dista appena 3 km. Qui si possono trovare alcuni negozi, il frantoio, un paio di ristoranti, un ristorante vegetariano e molti agriturismi tipici.

Dal paese partono itinerari naturalistici e religiosi verso le abbazie medievali e i luoghi di San Francesco, nella Valle Santa e lungo l’antica via Francigena che, dalle varie città d’Europa, conduceva i pellegrini a Roma. Sono presenti nelle vicinanze alcuni maneggi, un centro sportivo con tennis, calcio, palestra e sauna (a 3 km), due circoli di golf e un aero club per il volo a vela (20 km). Si può inoltre praticare la pesca sportiva (a 5 km), il torrentismo (a 1 km) e il rafting nelle cascate (a 45 km).
Le piste da sci e lo sci di fondo si trovano a circa 50 km di distanza, nella stazione sciistica invernale del Monte Terminillo (2.217 m).

Rieti (48.000 abitanti - 400 m s.l.m.) dista 30 Km in direzione Nord, mentre dalla parte opposta Roma è raggiungibile in soli 45 minuti (50 km) di auto, o in auto + treno metropolitano (FM1 stazione Fara, a 20 km), o in pulman express (fermata bus Strada Statale SS4 Salaria, a 6 km).
