NOT WORTH IT! READ THE ENTIRE REVIEW
Location and private access to the beach
We Requested early check in for 1pm, twice. But they never responded so I called morning of check in, the gal gave me the code to get it but when we got there the new cleaning crew was still there cause original crew didn't show. We had to wait in car port for an hour. Car port qas dirty with dirt , leaves, mold. Pool edge and pool deck area covered with black mold and screen covered with green mold and foliage debris. Foliage around the house has not been trimmed or maintenanced, so it looked trashy. Pool furniture dirty and moldy. You have to climb four flights of stairs which I did not know. Stairs are tiled and 2 tiles were loose and we slipped on them. We reported it to be fixed along with TV issues and ceiling fan in master bedroom but he only fixed the TV issue. We had to put something on the stairs that had the the loose tiles to remind us not to step there. House need updating and cleaned. Very outdated. Calking in tubs either have mold or is applied so that it looks like a kindergarten applied it. The master bath jet tub has black mold in the jets, the 2nd bath has rust all over the tub fixture outlet. The kitchen sink stopped up and we had to plunge it. And if all that wasn't bad enough, my guests washed their bedding and when they pulled the sheets and mattress cover off the bed is completely saturated with stains. In addition They only provide 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels and 1 trash bag for an entire week for several people. There was no broom or dust pan so we had to compromise and use our bath towels to have clean floors for the week and continue to do laundry. They required we leave it clean and all of our dishes washed and put away. The couches are down to the wood on the arms so you had to be careful how you sat. For the cost of $600 per night with all the taxes and fees it was NOT worth it. We could have stayed at the hotel for half the cost and still have a kitchen. Pristine properties...NOT EVEN CLOSE!
